Refund Policy

7-day refund, no questions asked.

If you buy the Founders Edition of Cloud Developer: Real Life Simulator and change your mind, you can get a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, for any reason.

How to ask for a refund

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles refunds. You can do either of these:

• go to paddle.net, find your order using the email you bought with, and request a refund; or
• email us at clouddevelopersim@protonmail.ch with the email address you bought with, and we will ask Paddle to refund it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, including any tax you paid. Your bank or card issuer may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

What happens to your account

When the refund goes through, your account goes back to the free demo. You keep your progress in the Trainee and Junior levels; the Developer and Senior levels, cloud saves, the Founders badge and the Black & Gold theme are removed. You won't receive a Steam key for a refunded order.

After 7 days

After 7 days, purchases are not normally refundable. If something has gone wrong (for example, you were charged twice, or you can't access what you paid for and we can't fix it), email us and we will make it right. This doesn't affect any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
